TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
Clients are asked to note that Snow Hounds Limited act as an
introducer only and is not a party to any holiday contract
which may result from the introduction.
Therefore Snow Hounds Limited accepts no liability in
contract or tort in respect of the holiday contract which is
between the client and the operator.
The clients are urged to read all the holiday contract
documentation carefully before committing themselves to the
holiday since this remains their responsibility. This will
include terms and conditions between the tour operator and
the client. It remains the clients responsibility to check
all invoices and tickets and all practical details such as
times, facilities, etc. Clients are reminded that the tour
operator and others (although not Snow Hounds Limited) may
owe the client a duty of care (if for instance there is an
accident) above and beyond the terms of the contract between
the tour operator and the client.
