Just over an hour from Geneva by car, Chamonix has over 100 shops, 12 bars/nightclubs and 115 restaurants. The town is a great destination if you have non-skiers in your party. Most skiers choose one area to explore each day and those with children in ski school will need to plan their skiing and meeting places accordingly.

Facilities for Children

The Panda club is “like a ski school” for children aged 3 to 12 years. There is a list of babysitters available in the Tourist Office for babies and children.
